In business, customers, clients and LOYALTY are to be won, earned and prized, not taken for granted. What better place to learn about "butchering" a sale than in...two butcher shops. One where my wife and I walked out angry and disattisfied, one where we are treated like family.

Susan Oakes, thank you so much for your comment! You are right that nobody is perfect, but some people seem to feel they are entitled to a customer's bsuiness, that's where I draw the line.

Another great story and lessons for us all. What I think businesses large and small are perhaps not realising is that custmers are becoming more vocal and taking action, just as you and your wife did.

On the other side we as customers need to realise that it goes both ways and no business or person is perfect and we all makes mistakes. I do not know the answer so any tips are welcomed.
