Customer service, is the customer always right? Reality is that the customer isn't always right for you, so you should be selective in only dealing with the "right" customers or clients.

Good points< Yolanda - I agree.

Some people just have a chip on their shoulder - if you're in front of them: Look Out - they're itching to start something that can only be bad!
