The idea is sound, but just to clarify, servers don't make minimum wage - nowhere near half. The Federal Gubmen takes 8% of every check, and the server's actual wage may be 7-22 cents an Hour - they live on tips, and get taxed whether they get a tip or not. (This new guy needed to learn about the spoon - obviously his bad.)
