This is the best article on the Customer Always Being Right I've read yet! Actual real world issues are addressed, rather than platitudes that sound good, but don't work.

Yeah, I think *every* small business owner has experienced these three situations, and dealing with them in a balanced way can be hard- especially when we're in the middle of it.
