When you work, you get more than just money for compensation. What is your whole compensation package? Are your employees factoring other forms of compensation into their pay?

Thanks for sharing this awesome post which I think speaks not only to freelancers but small business people of every stripe. Why did you start down this path? It sure wasn't just about money. I agree with Yoni, too. In think it's about the freedom to go your own way.

GREAT article! Isn't it peachy being a freelancer. I worked for a couple of hours, now I'm getting my dogs leash on to go for a walk in the forest. Then I'll work for another hour or two, then bowling with friends. Money is NOT the only compensation. I could make a lot more working in an office, but NO WAY! I love freedem too much!
