Thanks for your response! Dr. Edwin Locke is a pioneer in the field of goal setting. I have read, Handbook of Principles of Organizational Behavior: Indispensable Knowledge for Evidence-Based Management. I specialized in organizational leadership during my studies at Southern New Hampshire University.
I think that the new book, New Developments in Goal Setting and Task Performance, will be an appropriate read for your work.
Best premises,
Martin Lindeskog

I don't recall reading any material by Dr. Locke. I checked amazon for some of his work and it looks interesting. Did you think I would enjoy his work? What would you recommend and I will put it on my list.
