Thanks Heather. It's a tough question to narrow down. I think it is not budgeting for the investment. I find that the last thing in many entrepreneurs budget is virtual assistance. They may find a VA that is perfect for them and everything will be full steam ahead. Then they run out of money. It not only is a step back for the entrepreneur it is frustrating for the VA.

Closely behind that is choosing the cheapest VA you find.
