Creating a great job description seems to be a lost art these days. Too few business owners seem clear enough in their minds what exactly they need done when they hire for a new position. This can lead to hiring the wrong person or simply hiring a person without clear enough delineation of their duties. As a result, a business owner will end up either needing to dismiss the employee and start the process over again, redefine an employee's duties usually causing frustration for everyone involved or eventually hire yet another employee to cover the additional duties not being adequately handled by the first employee.
