When blogger Cliff Oxford suggested entrepreneurs consider hiring millennials, particularly those who graduated college during and after the Great Recession, he got his head handed to him in the comment section. The reaction on Twitter was quite a bit different, and this difference speaks volumes. Of course, employees shouldn't be judged by age and this is not Oxford's point. It is that a generation of adaptable employees that are more entrepreneurial and see employment less as an entitlement have much to teach the rest of us.
