People management skills
Many people study psychology in the hope that they will gain an insight into understanding human behaviour.
They study perception, brain anatomy, and Freudian theories.
My belief is: psychology won’t help you very much, at work (unless you are teaching psychology).
If you want to understand people, you would be better served by studying philosophy, not psychology.

If you mean to seek people's personal philosophies of life I can see the benefit when interacting with them. If you mean study 'philosophy', that's a whole different thing: which philosophers do you pick - they're all over the map.
