Great article from Small Biz Trends about project management. The overall theme is that you are never too small to need project management. I completely agree as there are times that even a single freelancer can get buried in work. I know from experience.

Thanks for the comment, Lyceum. I have used Trello as well (still do, but use others as well). Trello is a great place for anyone to start with project management. It is free and easy to use, and many people are already familiar with the platform. For a small business, this would be my #1 recommendation.

We used the Project Plan platform during our studies in international project management (international project coordinator).

Nowadays I am using Trello for my projects.
