Loved it when I came across research indicating that might be the case. Am tired of hearing about the benefits of getting up at the crack of dawn.It’s a habit we have inherited from traditional societies when mankind rose with the sun and went to bed at sunset. But is it really beneficial for society?

I don't think that we can consider someone smart or less smart based on what time they wake up and work. In my opinion, some other factors play a big role there. Waking up at 5am gives me a headache :)
