Wow, Ryan. I just don't know what to say. I'm wondering if this kind of insurance has been held by half of the employers (or any of the employers) I've worked for over the years. I'm also wondering how many small businesses can afford it in these tough economic times. Do you think the size of the business is in any way a factor in such matters. Is this something a business just getting started out should worry about if they have virtually no assets and very low earnings. Can you even become the target of a lawsuit when your business is just getting started out and you have no appreciable assets that would make a law suit even worthwhile?
