Sometimes turning your passion into a business is great, but you may find that you are losing your passion along the way. It is important to be able to stay focused on why you opened the business in the first place.

There are, however, certain creative passions like music, for one, where spending time doing the business parts of it take away drastically from the time one needs for the creative side. It actually makes your passion a chore, because you dread the non-creative side, yet have to work at it even harder. Then, of course, the art/music suffers. I think it's better to build a business on one of your lesser passions, or one not so artistic. Either that, or surround yourself with others to do the business side. What do you think?
