It is only hard in the start. Definitely, it needs a great push at the beginning then the flow of your bodies goes on. Technology can't help if the body is the one who's lazy. Self discipline is the very hard thing to posses.

You can only have that if you are willing to change the state of your mind.

Procrastination is just like a general disease of which what differentiate one from another is how he handles his own. It's really very essential to learn and master how to handle and avoid it ASAP before it becomes an incurable disease. Thanks for sharing this with the bizsugar community.
