Performance comes really from the way you see your business and indicators will help you find which is right and which is wrong, which is fail and which is the way to success.

This article may help those who are battling for losses thinking that they may save their business and help those who are newbies so that they will not succumb to what as we call, bankruptcy.

Which do you think is the most important KPI? Cash flow?

It really depends on the business, but cash is always king. If you don't have cash flow, you can't make payroll, pay bills, etc. The KPI reporting template in the article lists out some of the top numbers you should be looking at (free this month).
