On the weekend as it was raining and cold I decided to do a bit of a spring cleaning with my web browsers. As I doing this I discovered all these pages I had bookmarked to read later and perhaps take action. As it would have taken hours to go through them all I deleted them. Here is what I do now to take action.

Susan,

Glad I caught myself; I was so anxious to leave a comment, I forgot to cast my vote for you...since rectified. P.s. I saw the comment from my loyal readers Devon and Al, I'm so pleased that they have become fans of your great blog! Have a great EVENING!

Susan, my husband and I, two old-timers, who run an autoparts business have also become fans of your blog. We found biz sugar when Yoni started posting links here (we were already following him on JobShuk) We have been trying to bring our thirty year old bsuiness into the modern age and have been turning to great articles here for info on how to do it. We love your blog posts, something I wanted to tell you! Devon (and Al)

Devon,

Thank you so much for your comment. It means a lot. You and Al have a lot to share after running your business for 30 years that we could all learn from. So consider starting a blog or something because you probably have forgotten more than most of us will ever learn.

If I can help just sent me an email and please add your comments to the blog as I know my readers would be interested in your thoughts.

Regards,

Susan

Susan, Great post! You are so right about embarking on a positive course of action! Th spreadsheet is a fantastic idea and one which I need to take advantage of. Instead, I put all of my "to-dos" on little pieces of paper, half of which get lost in the washing machine.

It's also critical what you said about periodic checks to see what needs to be done, what is important (and what can wait or no longer seems important!)

As always, great advice from you which i will strive to implement into my business plan. Thanks!!

Hi Yoni,

A great friend of mine when she worked for me used to have the post it notes everywhere and it worked for her, but drove me crazy.

Let us know how you go with the spreadsheet idea.

So glad to have connected with you and Devon and Al.
