The digital world brings us together as a community during tragic events in ways we could never have imagined being able to before. However, it is also a big responsibility when you have a voice (big or small) in the social realm.
Remembering that we are HUMANS first, and making all communications decisions based on that fact is the best strategy of all.
Be decent. Be human. Be the helper.
