One really good question I think should be answered is how can we create more revenue, as in clients and customers, for small business. And, no, more opportunity to compete on government contracts does not constitute what I would call a sustainable customer or client base for most small businesses. So what will stimulate consumer spending? Do that and you really will help small business.
