On March 10, 2011, as soon as the Governor of Illinois signed the Internet sales tax bill into a law, Chicago Tribune christened this decision "a blow to small Web businesses that count Internet retail giant Amazon and other online merchants as a major source of ad revenue." They were right... Amazon, Overstock, and Zappos have already terminated relationships with IL-based affiliates.
