It's the perpetual tug-of-war in online lead gen: quality versus quantity of leads. Having been on the product management side of a large lead generation service here at BuyerZone, I've had to help referee this battle for a number of years and I don't foresee a winner emerging anytime soon - but there really doesn't need to be one.
