It’s long been the stereotype that women are more “social” than men—in the offline world, they’re typically the ones who plan social events, keep family connections going and love to chat. Apparently, when it comes to the online world, women are even more social, according to a new study by Nielsen reported in The Atlantic.

Yes indeed, women are quite a market and well worth the time doing social media where they too are active. I think women simply use more products than men do, products of all sorts involved in daily life, from the absolutely necessary to the trivial. And, often women, even when working, run the household and manage the family, so they're the purchasers, even if the money comes from both the man's and woman's salaries. Personally, I don't know too many families where the man spends time balancing the books. Actually, it's a little strange. I think men are less particular than women about creature comforts too, so they leave it up to the woman to procure the necessities to keep themselves happy. Interesting!
