Ivan: Thanks for the information. I am using Gmail and other web based programs for my tasks. Have you heard about Eisenhower Matrix and Workflowy? I would appreciate it very much if you could guide me to web based task management tools.

TaskCracker is actually inspired by the urgent-important matrix - Eisenhower Matrix :) I know Workflowy, but I never personally use it.

Ivan: Is TaskCracker only compatible with Outlook?

It's mainly developed to work within native Outlook interface, but you can also actually run TaskCracker natively within Gmail or web-based :)

Wow, Ivan. I like the balance of urgency and importance this time management tool applies to your daily to-do list.
