Skip: As an experienced purchaser, I look forward to listen to this podcast. One reason could be that the salesperson is not listening to the customer. What's the problem you want to have solved with this purchase? What do you need at this buying moment? A purchaser looks mainly at quality, price and delivery (lead) time.
