Emotional intelligence traits such as optimism are critical in hard times like these, and in order to take advantage of the recovery, you must have emotionally intelligent people on board.

This is a great article. We all need a reminder and a boost to our enthusiasm in good and bad times. The article highlights how we can ask essentially, "is this true?" Is it true that this is the worst thing that ever happened to me? Is this true that i'll never make another sale? Etc. Etc. Nice touch.
