I think the important thing to remember here is value. The value a customer puts in a product or service will determine his/her feelings about it. I can't feel good about something I don't value. Without the customer's belief in the value of a product or service, there is no starting point.

I am getting hungry for a steak after reading the post by Skip Anderson! :) The good feeling is an response to your values. You have to take some time to introspect on why you are buying something, otherwise you could end up with a "buyer's remorse syndrome"...
