Every day I interact with a variety of service professionals – friends and colleagues –and I’ve noticed that some of them pin their hopes on the betterment of a fractured working relationship with clients when the reality is that it’s probably better that they cut the cord.

If I can offer any insight from my own struggles as well as what I hear from colleagues, this blog is it. Here’s when ‘it’s time!’

When there is good client, there is also a bad client but even how bad that client is, it is a client and it means money but when things go bad, bad, we can kick it out.
