Excellent blog post! I, too am using Google+ more. I also have a Google community that I am trying to get off the ground. I agree that you have to do more then just post your content. You have to get involved in the discussion. Nowadays, I see a lot of people just posting their own content and really not getting involved in the discussions. Thanks for sharing!

I will bookmark Megan Conley's post by using Google+'s +1 feature and then go through it in detail. Google+ is not on top of my head all the time, compared with for example Twitter that I am using several times per day.

I really need to to dig deeper into Google PLus. I'm not that active in this social networking platform yet. I believe it's a great marketing tool if used effectively.
