Hi Shawn, The thing that strikes me about this article is your advice is nothing more than good old fashioned etiquette. Like so many things about social media, nothing has changed except the tools we're using. Thanks for reminding us to mind our manners and play well with others. :0)

EPIC post and GREAT video. Awesome to see you "live" on stage! BizSugar does have quite a few groupies. One need only look at the voting frenzy each day at about noon eastern standard to see.

We as posters owe the groupies a HUGE debt of gratitude for stopping by, reading and voting!

I think the post by David yesterday was telling in the responses which it brought out. There are those who are true gorupies and there are "hit and runners!"

BizSugar is an awesome site and thanks again for all you do!

Thanks for mentioning, Yoni. Yes, this is a great article. As a few people have already figured out (and I am still a noob here at BizSugar) I am a bit of a social bookmarking addict (as opposed to a groupie), having first seen the ad for BizSugar on Mixx (Yes, the ads do work), being very active on Tipd and a few others, and running Zoomit.ca just for Canadian stories. More people should read this post. That being said, this is one vibrant community, which is why this addict is finding it hard to stay away and get any work done! I should probably blame that on Yoni, who is unquestionably the ambassador that best embodies the spirit of Shawn's post and my post yesterday (probably more than I've seen anybody on any social bookmarking website).
