I found this book on Lulu the other day. It sells for $30.

Without more information, you are entitled to expect a book that contains beautiful pictures and at least 200 pages.

Well, think again. This particular book is under 100 pages. The cover looks cheaply made. There is no extract. And the summary is just a mishmash of glittery words: [I changed the title and the name of the author on purpose]

We sell information products from 10 - 197 USD. What’s interesting is that the more expensive the goods, the less complaints and refunds. You’d think there’d be more, but it’s the lower priced goods that raise more queries.
