I used TweetDeck prior to Hootsuite. Now, I'm more focus in using Hootsuite since it basically gives the same features as TweetDeck.

Hi Lyceum.

Sure! Here are a few that are most commonly used.

1. Engaging back with customers who talks about them on social (you can manage Facbook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc using Hootsuite).

2. Social listening using keywords - Listen to what others are talking about your competitors or your own brand. If you listen hard enough, you will find a lot of things you could do to boost your business.

3. Delegating tasks between a few others. Using Hootsuite Pro, you can get your co-founders, marketing exec to action on a specific job on social. Maybe that customer requires special attention etc.

The above are just examples. You have tons of apps you can add into Hootsuite like Mailchimp to take marketing to the next level.
