Saqib, I agree with you on the cons of StumbleUpon but I honestly think that anything that gives you traffic is beneficial for a blogger.Even though it's not targeted traffic, it's still traffic and would greatly help in improving your page rank in search engines.

Hi Saqib, and thanks for sharing this post with the BizSugar community. It’s an appropriate time to talk about StumbleUpon given the site’s recent redesign. It’s also interesting to hear you describe StumbleUpon traffic as untargeted, since, in the beginning, the site’s claim to fame was supposedly its ability to attract niche audiences. When you sign up, you used to (I don’t know if it is this way any longer since the redesign) list your interests and then based on those interests you were introduced to sites that supposedly met the interests you shared. But, you’re right. This isn’t the same as choosing to read an article based on its title, however, and I get what you’re saying here.
