No-follow is useful for ensuring that search engines ignore duplicate content in your blog. Blog archives and similar. But should you use no-follow in a blog post if you link to another site?

I know less about this than anyone, but there definitely are several reasons why do-follow can present SEO problems - this was articulated by Alastair of SiteStreamSEO some 236 days ago in this article:
"NoFollow vs DoFollow Blogs and Your SEO"
If you type this in the search bar it'll come up. It's definitely worth your time - the reasons may surprise you.
