Collaboration is certainly the watchword in so much of today's business. That said, it's best to remember some of the main reasons for this. Perhaps one is what used to be called "buy in" by your employees. Certainly achieving this is easier if they have a hand in coming up with ideas and strategy. Another is the growing belief that greater inclusiveness in decision making can lead to greater profitability and efficiency. Wondering if there are any other reasons.
