Understand this. You are NOT destined to be both. You will either be an employee or an entrepreneur for the rest of your life. You cannot live in both worlds.

The symbiotic aspect covered on the 1st page is laudable & intriguing. It's the 6 bullet points on page 2 (Read More...) that seem to disparage employees rather unfairly. :)

There are some really good points here, but I believe you're selling employees short - very far short, as if they're all a bunch of zombies or automatons. Most actual "inventions" (including many of Edison's) were done by the employees. If an entrepreneur had the attitude that all they needed were a few dolts to man a post for 8 hours, they'd miss out on all that a good employee has to offer - including creative ideas.

True. I'm not trying to cause a rift, just show that there is a difference. Entrepreneurs and Employees need each other as much as all the other symbiotic relationships in nature. We'd die without each other. Find which side you like more and go for it, don't let anyone tell you differently. :)
