I think it's a great marketing strategy. It's like the phone companies that try to get people to switch. Why not try to get a business company to switch to you if they are not currently getting the satisfaction they want and deserve.

Hadn't thought of being proactive and seeking out opportunities as being "vulturistic" (I know..not a real word but I kinda like the sound of it).
