Small Businesses obviously make the US Economy run, and many are taking the step to being environmentally friendly by Going Green. Here is an interview with the co founders of the Glass Nickel Pizza Company located in Madison Wisconsin. Owners Brian Glassel and Tim Nicholson discuss steps they have taken to become environmentally friendly. One of their methods is recycling grease from their fryers which is then used in their diesel delivery trucks.
