Last year’s iPhone 5s introduced Apple’s Touch ID, but it has so far been limited to unlocking the phone and purchasing items in the App Store. At Monday’s WWDC keynote, Apple Software SVP Craig Federighi hinted at big plans for Touch ID as a payment method.
