A great list Sandra.

I often look for proper contact details (not just email) to re-assure myself I am dealing with a real organisation, so I COULD contact them if I NEEDED to.

I think the worst is to be re-directed to a FAQ page in lieu of contact!! It's fine as a suggestion, but should not replace the opportunity to make contact with the people behind the site.
