My point was that many of us allow our businesses to run our lives and we become shackled to them day in and day out; doing all, or most of the work we could (and should be)hiring others to do rather than being the strategic leaders and drivers an entrepreneur (in the truest sense of the word) should be. "Yoni- there is definitley something to creating "buzz" and doing some kind of annoying jingle, commercial or other tactic to stay on people's minds - even if it is slightly annoying. But what is NOT good for business is annoying them by providing lousy customer service... different types of annoyance!
