This is really good advice for small businesses considering adding video to their websites. I love that you advised recognizing the customer's problem and your solution to solving it.. the video needs to be all about how you are going to help the viewer - NOT about your business (ie: how long you've been in business, how great your service is, etc.). I would advise anyone preparing a video to memorize and use these tips! - Carolyn Higgins, Fortune Marketing Company, http://FortuneMarketingCompany.com"
Thank you for your comments.. I didn't mean to offend anyone or make light of a deplorable part of history. My point was that many of us allow our businesses to run our lives and we become shackled to them day in and day out; doing all, or most of the work we could (and should be)hiring others to do rather than being the strategic leaders and drivers an entrepreneur (in the truest sense of the word) should be. In my opinion we can't be both a worker bee - working IN our business, and an entrepreneur working ON our business. -Carolyn Higgins"
Yoni- there is definitley something to creating "buzz" and doing some kind of annoying jingle, commercial or other tactic to stay on people's minds - even if it is slightly annoying. But what is NOT good for business is annoying them by providing lousy customer service... different types of annoyance! Thanks for your comment - it's a good point! -Carolyn Higgins Fortune Marketing Company "
