"Hi Susan, Didn't know where you were heading with this post when I saw the title but I completely agree with your conclusions. Customer disappointment isn't a good thing. Minimize it to the best of your ability and your customers will always come back. "Data is at the Heart of Marketing’s Future
"Hi Casey, We might say data is part of marketing’s past, present and future. Of course, information on your market and audience has always been important, but that information has, in the past, been limited. So, I think it’s the amount and availability of that data today that is really making the difference. Thanks so much for the past and for sharing it with the BizSugar community."Turning Interview Notes into A Blog Post
"Hi John, I think the comparison of blogging to journalism is right on. More importantly, many business owners are in tune with some of the basics of journalism thanks to the number of newsletter publishers both in e-mail form and on paper before the blog was born. Hope bloggers out there will take note. There is much to learn from the world journalism, even if blogging need not always be confined by the same boundaries. Thanks for sharing this post with the BizSugar community!"Do I Need to Hire a Business Analyst
"Hi Peter, I think whether a business analyst, business coach or just a close colleague, asking for an extra set of eyes to evaluate what you're doing right, what you're doing wrong and what you could be doing better is always a good idea. Thanks for sharing these thoughts with the BizSugar community!"Subscribe
Dilemma of Wanting to Be CEO and Future of Social Entrepreneurship
"Hi Elli, Thanks for the links to these wonderful posts. The topic of your small business being ready for you to be the CEO is an interesting one. I think it’s an angle many people don’t think much about. Some small business owners call themselves the CEOs of their businesses whether they truly function in this role or not. Others dislike using the title simply because they relish their small business status and the term “CEO” seems to them not to fit with this identity. But I think few really give much thought to what the function of a CEO really is or to whether or not they fill this role when operating their businesses."
