"Finding a voice, especially if a majority of your business is online, is one of the most difficult things to do. Here's the great part, those who you connect with will stick with you during a gradual voice change. Just like a voice change through adolescence businesses need to go through a voice change. "There are times I stare at a blank screen and blinking cursor. I will just lean back and think about the topic I would like to write about as if I'm having a conversation with myself. Then I try to write an article I would like to read. It has been a real learning process for me. I try to write a little every day just to stay up on the process itself. The best lesson I have learned is when re-reading what I've written I will remove words that don't help the sentence. If the word feels extra for some reason, it's gone. "It's really hard to play ball with the owner of the ball is a bully who makes up the rules as they go along. To their defense, they are attempting to provide quality search results to improve user experience, I like that. I don't need to compete with those who game the system. From a social experience on G+ I don't like them "informing" us they will now use our image and comments to help their bottom line. This is when the bully needs to be tamed.
