"Lisa: Thank for your nice reply! I know that Google+ and Gmail is not the same, but they are heavily linked together. I think that stats could me "muddled" with that you got a Google+ activity due to some activity with email, +1:ed on posts, etc. Please tell me if you want to test out hangout at some point in time! :)"NSA Reportedly Intercepting Laptops Purchased Online to Implant Spyware

"Heather & Lisa: I have been thinking of this too. Take Guy Kawasaki as an example. He is using Google+ to the max both on a professional and personal level. I think that we should take the # of Google+ users with a grain of salt, due to the fact that if you have a Gmail account, aren't you having an Google+ account too? I started out to use Google+ and +1 feature as a bookmarking service. Using the +1 button will have an impact on the search results. The question is: will Google+ be as ingrained in your the daily life as Facebook in the long run? I want to test out the Hangout feature more."
