Twenty years ago you wouldn't be caught dead wearing open-toed shoes or men without a tie. Business dress code has changed a lot, but has it become too relaxed?

I went shopping recently and the clerk working the register had tattoos on his face (in a clothing store in downtown San Francisco). It really struck me how much the world is changing, and those things we find "unacceptable" or "extreme" now will likely be commonplace in the future.
