You make a great point more happiness and life fulfillment can come from moving through your career at your own pace. You'll notice how the view changes when you stand on a chair or table. This is how dramatic the view can change for you when accepting a promotion and moving up in an organization. It's important to make sure the time is right and the situation is the right one for you. Taking it because it's there can often times be a mistake. Thanks for the great comment.
