Conflicts can leave scars. No doubt. But they can also bring a team closer together if communication happens. There are probably many working relationships damaged by what is not discussed or not resolved. Looking at the surface, you might think there is no conflict. But what is happening underneath is being missed. Sometimes bringing that conflict into the open is better.
