BoostSuite (a data-drive marketing tool for small businesses) asked 16000+ small business owners and marketers about their content marketing strategies. They found that most have been doing basic content marketing, but overall the process is still disjointed and ineffective. SMBs are blogging using social media and email marketing, but everything they say and do is based on gut feeling.
