It's true that follow through and follow up are extremely important, however it seems that a lot of businesses don't have the knack of it. But as a consumer, what I value even more than that is thorough and exemplary customer service when I'm having a problem. Although I hate their marketing (the use of women as sex symbols) GoDaddy has this kind of customer service. They really go that extra mile, and they have the follow up nailed down too. Just my two cents. Thanks for the post!
