Lead Nurturing or Backing Up Relationships?

I’m not sure lead nurturing (a current favorite buzz term in the lead management world) is equivalent to nurturing a personal relationship. However, I think there are sales lessons to be learned from thinking about how we grow and maintain personal relationships.

A great thing to think about on the subject of both relationships and leads, Bill. Actually, I can think of quite a few people I might describe as one or the other or both and I treat the situation pretty much the same way. Perhaps one example of this would be people you know and keep in touch with because both you and they feel you would like to be in business with each other at some point but neither of you have quite figured out how?
