I hate checklists but I see their value. So many people fail to implement a strategy fully in every aspect of their business then wonder why things aren't working out. The danger is getting into too much of a routine. When changes in the market occur you will need to change your strategy AND your checklist. What worked yesterday may not work next year or even next week, so be prepared...but also be organized with a checklist.
